Kriss began her role as chief operating officer with AF Group in May 2024, bringing with her an impressive leadership history at some of the largest insurance organizations in the country, always with an eye toward empowering them to reach their highest potential.
Her love of enabling the promise of insurance, especially in portfolio performance and building dynamic and fulfilled teams, has led to significant success in portfolio growth and profitability — and continues to be critical in her role leading our Loss Control, Corporate Underwriting, Service Center, Premium Audit and Business Transformation teams.
Kriss and her family love to make memories together, including traveling to places like the Grand Canyon (where it snowed when they visited; we think this was a sign she was meant to lead a winter wonderland-based organization like ours), concerts, Broadway musicals or simply hanging out in the backyard under the stars. We’re big fans of her well-rounded and spirited lifestyle!
When she’s not traveling, taking in live music or seeking out Cassiopeia with her family, Kriss loves digging in the dirt — and has both vegetable and flower gardens, which include blooms that originated in her grandmother’s garden.
As you can see, we’re very lucky to have such a talented individual helping to lead our organization into the exciting future ahead and we can’t wait to see the impact her influence will have for years to come.
