Payment Platform Updates

Please be aware we are migrating to a new online payment platform. As we make this transition, between Wednesday, April 24 and Sunday, May 5, you may experience limited functionality saving banking information.

Here is what you can expect during the transition:

  • Setting up a new auto payment with new banking information will be unavailable.
  • However, one-time payments and previously saved banking information (including autopay) will not be affected.
  • Access to online payments will continue to be accessible via secure digital customer portal (DCP).
  • Phone payments will continue to be available by contacting us at 866-206-5851.
  • Please note, there will be no changes to payments made by check; we will continue to accept them as a valid form of payment. 

Following the transition, if your account was previously secured with fraud protection (debit block), you will need to provide your financial institution with the updated bank ID code: F800146791. Failure to update this information will result in returned payment.

If you would like to modify your current EFT settings, please plan to do so before Wednesday, April 24 or after Sunday, May 5.

Following the transition, normal online payment system functionality will resume along with the launch of an updated platform design. See below for preview.
